I LOVE attending book clubs to discuss Already Here: the matter of Love! I send a baseline questionnaire to book club members before they read the book, and then we discuss changes, insights and challenges after reading the book, when I attend the book club meeting. It's always fun and I definitely learn something each time.
Can't make it to a class? No problem! SOLV (Send Out Loving Vibes) with us from wherever you are every Wednesday, from 11:30-noon, CST. Because we are all connected anyway, physical proximity doesn't matter much. Even if you can only join for a few minutes, do that, and bask in the benefits of conscious connecting!
