If you want a little extra support in the mindfulness department, can't attend a class, or can’t find a way to get your whole family together otherwise, private sessions are a great way to go. Meditation greatly helps reduce stress, limits your feelings of physical pain, lets you sleep better, improves relationships...it's even been correlated to improved grades in school. (Mindfulness is actually a superpower!)
If you're in the Austin area, Mindfulness classes are fun to do in person (yes, mindfulness is fun!) We also hold sessions over the phone and via Skype, FaceTime, etc..
