If you want a little extra support in the mindfulness department - or can't attend a class - private sessions are a great way to go. Meditation can help reduce stress, limit your feelings of physical pain, let you sleep better, improve your relationships...it's even been correlated to improved grades in school. (Mindfulness is actually a superpower!)
If you're in the Austin area, Mindfulness 2.0 classes are fun to do in person (yes, mindfulness is fun, since joy is the Truth of us!) I also hold sessions over the phone and via Skype.
