for people who don’t have time for meh books

Here is a list of delightful books I’ve recently read (not in any particular order):

Don’t Believe Everything You Think—Joseph Nguyen.  Very practical and to the point.

The Mindful Body—Ellen Langer.  She creates the most interesting research projects.

Red Bird—Mary Oliver.  She can miraculously convert confirmed poetry-haters.

Almost Everything—Ann Lamott.  Laugh and cry and think and learn.

The Serviceberry—Robin Wall Kimmerer.  Best "economics" book you'll ever read.

The Creative Act—Rick Rubin.  This only looks "light."

Mindfulness Without the Bells and Beads—Clif Smith.  Approachable, practical, wise.

The Places That Scare You—Pema Chodron.  Very deep, and still, there's joy.

Happiness—Mattheu Ricard.  The Happiest Man In The World has stuff worth sharing.

HappinessThich Nhat Hanh.  Great and VERY SIMPLE practices to align with happiness.

Tattoos on the Heart
—Fr. Gregory Boyle.  You will laugh and you will cry…in the same paragraph.

Hope you dive in and enjoy, and
let me know what you think!
